
L. Clark Williams
Chairman, The People's Campaign
Reverend L. Clark Williams is a native of Lexington, KY. He currently serves as Director of Ministries at Shiloh Baptist Church, where he oversees the work of more than thirty church ministries. He is also the managing member of Progression Strategic Solutions, a media production, public relations and strategic planning consulting firm.
Educationally, Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, a Juris Doctor degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Master of Theology degree from Campbellsville University.
Clark has served as the President of Operation Turnout, an organization that provides voter education through local, state and federal candidate forums, since it was founded in 2010. He has also served as the Chairman of The People’s Campaign, a grassroots political action committee, since its founding in 2015.

Clark also serves on the Steering Committee of Black Faith Leaders of Lexington & Vicinity and on the board of the Ed Brown Society.
Previously, Clark wrote a financial column for the Key NewsJournal entitled Our Money Matter and hosted The Wake Up with Clark Williams on WBTF (107.9FM). He has also written numerous opinion columns, on topics involving faith, politics and social justice, that have appeared in the Lexington Herald-Leader and the Louisville Courier-Journal.
